Overview
This article explains the Agentic Draw Desk feature designed to enhance draw review workflows by incorporating AI-powered automation. It helps you quickly identify issues, process draws more efficiently, and stay compliant with lender-defined rules. By leveraging an Agent (AI assistant), this tool surfaces discrepancies, checks documents, validates budget alignment, and organizes inspection photo reviews, all in a streamlined and user-friendly interface. This guide is intended for users who manage or review draws and want to understand agent-driven workflows.
1. Agent Statuses in Draw Desk
The Draw Desk now includes a new Agent Status column that shows the Agent’s progress for each draw. This column allows you to quickly understand where automation stands, whether the Agent is still reviewing, has completed its checks, or has flagged something that needs your attention.
Key Points:
The agent status column appears near the beginning of the draw grid.
Each draw is marked with an agent status such as:
Complete
Processing Draw
Needs Review: warning or alert.
Failed
Non applicable
These help you prioritize reviews.
Hovering over a status provides more details about the current state and a link to Agent Review view.
Icons and color coding help quickly identify the status of each draw.
Use Saved Views to Filter Draws
“All Agent Draws”: All draws reviewed by the Agent.
“Needs Review”: Only shows draws flagged for discrepancies or required actions.
2. Agent Modes
Draw Desk supports three agent modes, which determine how the agent interacts with draws:
Audit Mode: The agent reviews and flags items for manual review.
Assist Mode: The agent provides recommendations and assists with processing.
Automatic Mode: The agent processes draws automatically with minimal user intervention.
Note:
Users cannot change the agent mode themselves; a request must be submitted to the support team for mode changes.
3. Agent Review Tab Overview
After an agent processes a draw, the Agent Review tab provides a detailed breakdown of the review process. The tab is organized into several key sections:
a. Documentation Check
Lists all files uploaded at both the loan and draw level.
Documents are organized into subcategories for easy navigation.
Highlights which files may need your attention.
b. Draw Reconciliation
Draw/Budget Alignment: Shows all budget items created for the draw.
View a table comparing line items to budget.
Discrepancies appear below the table (e.g., Overbudget line items).
Inspection Photo Validation: Allows review of inspection photos, highlighting those that match the job site and those that do not.
