Overview
This article outlines recent updates to the Portfolio Deals page and Deal Overview page, including new export options, customizable status sorting, and improved widgets for property details, narratives, and deal status history. These enhancements are designed to streamline reporting, improve data visibility, and provide more context for users managing deals and portfolios. Sections include: Exporting Portfolio Views, Customizing Deal Status Order, Deal Overview Page Improvements, and FAQs.
1. Exporting Portfolio Views with Custom Column Names
On the Portfolio Deals page, you can now export your current grid view to PDF, CSV, or Excel.
Use the Export Settings menu, accessible via the Export button to rename columns in your portfolio grid.
These custom column names are respected in all exports.
Export settings are tied to your current saved view, so each saved view can have its own custom column names.
To use this feature:
Create or select a saved view with your preferred columns and filters.
Open Export Settings, rename columns as needed, and save.
Export your data; the exported file will use your custom column names.

2. Customizing Deal Status Sort Order
You can now define the preferred sort order for deal statuses in the portfolio grid, both for grouping of deals by deal status and when sorting by deal status.
This allows you to display status groups in an order that matches your workflow or client preferences.
For example, you might want “Loan Sizing” to appear before “Closing” and “Pending.”
The sort order is configurable per saved view, giving you flexibility for different reporting needs.
This replaces the previous hard-coded status order, ensuring your views always reflect your priorities.
Deal Status Sort Order configuration is available via the View Settings menu on the Portfolio Deals page.

3. Deal Overview Page Improvements
Several widgets on the Deal Overview page have been updated for better usability and context:
a. Property Details Widget
Redesigned to reduce negative space and provide more room for the map.
If comparable properties (“comps”) are available, pins will appear on the map, and selecting a comp will show its details in the side panel.
b. Narratives Widget
New widget surfaces narrative context directly on the dashboard.
No need to switch to the Narratives tab—view qualitative deal context at a glance.
Enable this widget via View Options and update your saved view to keep it visible.
c. Deal Status History Widget
Displays a history of status transitions for the deal.
Similar to the status history widget on the Draw Overview page.
