Viewing Funding Source Details on the Capital Stack Page
Description
Users can now view more Capital Stack data in a cleaner, easier-to-navigate layout. Improvements include consolidated columns, additional financial data, and helpful tooltips.
Step-by-Step Instructions:
Step 1: Navigate to the Capital Stack page.
Step 2: Observe the updated grid layout:
The "Lien Position" column is now visible. Lien Position controls how Debt Funding Sources are sorted.
Fields related to "Primary Funding Source" and "Funding Source Type" are consolidated for improved clarity.
Step 3: Observe new financial data columns while scrolling left to right
Columns for "Original Commitment" and "Outstanding Commitment" are now included in addition to “Commitment Amount”. These ensure users can track changes to Commitments over time.
Interest rate data for Fixed and Floating funding sources are displayed in the grid.
Step 4: Hover over column headers or fields to reveal tooltips:
Tooltips are now available throughout the grid, edit, and create views. Ensuring users understand each field's meaning regardless of where they are in the interface.
Step 5: Review Last Dollar LTV metrics
Customers can now access Loan-to-Value (LTV) data at the funding source level. Previously only available at the deal level on the portfolio page, this enhancement provides more granular visibility for advanced users.
Step 6: Troubleshooting If Last Dollar LTV Values are showing as null
Ensure that Debt Funding Sources have the Lien Position field populated. Lien Position is required for Last Dollar LTV calculations to be generated.
LTV values will be calculated based on the inputs in Appraisals and Cash Flows, both of which are located in the Property module
When creating/reviewing the Appraisal, ensure values are populated in the ‘As Is’ and ‘As Stabilized’ fields.
When creating/reviewing the Cash Flows, the ‘Provided by’ field must be populated as ‘Lender’
