Overview

Portfolio view of all draws across your tenant with sort, filter and saved view functionality to find draws based on specific criteria.

Pre-requisites to Use

  • There must be one or more draws (any status) in your tenant. Otherwise, this page will be empty.

  • There is no specific permission for viewing this page.


General Usage

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. You can navigate to the Draws Homepage from the top navbar, it’s titled ‘Draws.’

  2. Click on any row in the table to open the detailed view of the Draw.

  3. Once the side-sheet is open, to navigate to the individual draw, click ‘View Draw.’

  4. Once the side-sheet is open, to preview the draw ticket, click the ‘Draw Ticket’ button.

  5. To close the sidesheet, click the ‘X’ in the top right corner.

  6. To export your draws data, click the ‘Export’ button and the download will start automatically.

  7. To find a specific draw, you can enter draw details in the search bar to filter the list.


Filter Draw Table

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. To filter the grid, click the ‘Filters’ button to open the filters sidebar.

  2. Select one or more filters.

  3. Once a filter has been selected you can see the count update in the ‘Filter’ button.

What it filters by

Draw Requested

To filter the grid to draws requested within a certain time-frame. Can be a date range or a set time frame (Yesterday, past 5 days, etc.)

Draw Status

Use if you want to only show draws based on draw status.

Type

Use to filter the grid based draw type.

Transferred

To filter the grid to draws transferred within a certain time-frame. Can be a date range or a set time frame. (Yesterday, past 5 days, etc.) Additionally, there’s a checkbox to filter transferred draws where transactions have been initiated.

Failed Rules

Filter by draws that have one or more failing rules for a transition that the draw could move to.

Internal Stakeholders

Enter in names of internal users that are assigned as internal stakeholders to draws. IE, if you are the Loan Administrator.

Inspection Status

Filter by draws with an Inspection in a given status. IE: for draws where inspections have not been requested.

Draw Amount

Filter by draws in a given amount range.


Sort Draw Table

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. To sort a column click in the table header to sort the column. Click the header cell again to sort in the opposite direction.

  2. The following columns are sortable:

    1. Draw Name (A to Z, Z to A)

    2. Requested [also sorts ‘Time Since Requested’] (Most Recent to Past, Past to Most Recent)

    3. Transferred (Most Recent to Past, Past to Most Recent)


Columns

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. To hide certain columns or show additional columns, click open the ‘Columns’ button and a sidebar will appear with column selections.

  2. The ‘Columns’ will be organized by ‘Pinned Left’, ‘Unpinned’, and ‘Pinned Right’. To move columns into these sections, drag and drop the column name. The grid will update automatically.

  3. To hide or show certain columns, click the checkbox next to the Column Name.

  4. To re-order columns, use the double horizontal lines to reorder.


Saved Views

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. If you’ve set filters or shown/hide columns and want this view to persist everytime you open the draws page without having to change it, you can create a saved view.

  2. To create a saved view, click the button in the top left corner of the table with the bookmark, a container will open showing views you’ve created, My Views (if any exist), and views shared with you, Shared with Me (if any have been shared).

  3. You can either update an existing view with the current filter and column configurations on the table, or create a new one. Updating an existing will override that view’s configuration.

  4. To create a new view, you need to add a name and designate if it needs to be a shared or private view. A shared view will be shared with your whole organization.

  5. From the saved views container, on hover of a view name you’ll see the ability to:

    1. Mark a view as a ‘Favorite’. This will pin the view to the top of your saved views list in a ‘Favorites’ section.

    2. Edit a view’s name or set to private/shared.

    3. Delete a view.

    4. Mark a view as your default – this means when you land on the page, it’s the list of draws that will always show.
