Once you have accepted an invitation to your organization’s lien waivers dashboard, you will have access to all features within the account. This article will walk you through signing into the dashboard once you’ve accepted an invitation.

Note: For the most up to date experience, we recommend all newly invited users transfer their accounts to getbuilt.com as soon as they have accepted their invitation.

Logging into lien waivers

All lien waivers users will log into the dashboard in one of two ways:

New users will log in at go.lienwaivers.io
Users who have transferred their account will log in at id.getbuilt.com

Go to go.lienwaivers.io
Enter your email address on the sign in screen
A one-time passcode will be emailed to you, which you will enter to sign in
Click the Go button on your organization’s card

Logging in at id.getbuilt.com

Go to id.getbuilt.com
Enter your email address and password
1. If you’ve forgotten your password, you can click on Forgot password to request a reset
2. If you don’t have a password, or if you aren’t receiving a password reset email when clicking Forgot password, you may need to follow the steps for transferring your account to getbuilt.com

Transferring your account to getbuilt.com

After logging into your dashboard at go.lienwaivers.io, look for a blue banner at the top of the page with an option to Transfer My Account
After clicking Transfer My Account, you will be prompted to create a password for sign in
Once the password has been set and the transfer is complete, you will be able to sign in at id.getbuilt.com moving forward
