This feature ensures that key stakeholders receive relevant information via email without requiring manual intervention or the maintenance of many individual schedules. For example, users can configure a single schedule to regularly send all draw administrators a list of only their pending draws.

Accessing the Schedule Exports Module

Step 1: Locate the Schedule Exports Module

  1. Click on the three dot menu icon () in the top-right corner of the table or chart you wish to send.

  2. Alternatively, access Schedule Exports via the hamburger menu in the top-left corner of your screen.


Setting Up a Scheduled Export

Step 2: Add a New Export Schedule

Click Add Schedule in the Schedule Exports window.

Step 3: Configure Export as an Email Burst

  1. Click on Export as Email Burst.

Step 4: Define Export Parameters

  1. Use the Split by field to set a dynamic filter based on who is receiving the email.

  2. Reference a column of email addresses in the Dynamic Recipients field.

  3. Fill out the subject and message fields as needed.

Step 5: Complete and Activate the Export

  1. Configure the export frequency (e.g., daily, weekly) and time of export.

  2. Ensure the correct file format (CSV, PDF, etc.) is selected.

  3. Make any other necessary adjustments.

Click Create to finalize the schedule.
