Purpose
The Offering Memorandum Extraction review form has been updated to include a streamlined look and feel, as well as the ability to disable the visibility and extraction of certain fields, so that users see a form that prioritizes the data that your organization prioritizes extracting.
Key Features
Enhanced Extraction Review: Collapsed section headers summarize each section's key data and confidence at a glance, and entities can be added manually to sections the extraction didn't populate.
Configure Form: Administrators control which fields the Screening Agent extracts and which fields appear on the review form.
Target Users
Administrators: Configure the Offering Memorandum extraction form to show the fields end users need to prioritize reviewing and populating.
Originators and Reviewers: Review extractions faster by focusing on the fields that matter for intaking a deal into the pipeline.
How It Works
Reviewing an Extraction
Each form section is collapsed by default and shows a compact header with:
The section name
A short summary of its key data
A confidence badge reflecting the average extraction confidence for that section's fields
Sections without extracted fields show no confidence badge.
Where extraction doesn't return results, entities can be added manually:
Section | Option |
|---|---|
Deal Narratives | Add Narrative |
Sources & Uses | Add Source and Add Use |
External Stakeholders | Add Stakeholder |
Properties | Add Property |
Comparable Properties | Add Comparable Property |
Configuring the Form
The Configure Form option, available from the form footer, lets administrators choose which fields are extracted and which are displayed, per organization.
Turning off a field's display also turns off its extraction.
Turning on extraction for an off field also turns on its display.
Fields not in the standard extraction set can still be added to the form as manual inputs.
Benefits
Less time spent parsing extraneous fields.
Faster intake of deals into the origination pipeline.
