You can update the construction progress on a loan even if you aren't requesting a third-party inspection through Built. Like a third-party inspection, this submission makes more funds available for draw. There are two ways you can update the construction progress: submit a lender inspection or manually update item progress.
Submit a lender inspection
Click Submit Lender Inspection on the Inspections widget from either the Dashboard or Budget page
Enter the progress for each item field on the Items tab.The default value for progress is set at 5% increments; use the toggles at the top to change the inputs to Value Based or Precise Percentage.
Note: If you clicked Create Lender Submitted Inspection in a Project Snapshot, start on this step.
On the Photos tab, drag and drop your images or click Browse Files to add photos of the inspection.
Note: Accepted file types include JPG, PNG, and GIF.
On the Files tab, drag and drop or click Browse Files to add additional files for the inspection.
