The list of Built Verified Inspectors that will be displayed within our marketplace is driven by coverage-area logic. Because Built will only show inspector companies that serve the location of a given project, the address (specifically the county) is critical for our Marketplace to function properly.

Update the Address of a Project
Here are some steps that can be followed to resolve this type of issue:
Navigate to the Budget page of the project
Select the Property Details menu
Within the Address section, select Edit
Update the information, ensuring the County field is correct
Click Save to update the information
No Inspectors to Select on a Pending Project
As we expand our Inspector Network and Inspector Coverage, there may be occasions when there is not a Built Verified Inspector available to select on a project. In these cases, you can click Confirm and a temporary inspector will be assigned, allowing you to proceed with loan activation.
However, returning no results is rare and is most likely due to a configuration error. To validate configurations, follow the steps below:
For the loan in question, navigate to the Branch and view its settings
The branch should have at least one service enabled.
If services are enabled, the user can follow the normal process by clicking Confirm, having the “Pending Inspection Assignment” placeholder, and our Marketplace team will find an inspector for you.
No Inspectors to Select on an Active Project
As we expand our Inspector Network and Inspector Coverage, there may be occasions when there is not a Built Verified Inspector available to select on a project. In these cases, you can click Confirm and Built’s Marketplace team will reach out to you within 24 hours to help find an inspector to cover the project, allowing you to proceed with an inspection request.
