The Detailed Inspection Report offers increased insight into construction progress by downloading a more robust inspection report of hard cost budget items. This feature is particularly useful for private capital providers who require more details than what Built provides in a standard inspection report helping with administrative tasks outside of Built.
The Detailed Inspection Report feature is part of the Inspections Technology & Services package and contains several fields to help you get an in-depth understanding of the inspection.

Loan Number: Loan number entered into Built
Property Address: Address of the property entered into Built
Lot: Lot number if entered into Built (not required at set-up)
Property Coordinates: Latitude and longitude of the property based on the property address.
Inspector: Name of the inspection company that completed this inspection
Borrower: Name of the borrower associated with the project or loan

Comment fields without any information will be hidden.
Request Comment: Comment from the lender to the inspector as entered in the Note to Inspector field of the inspection request
Submission Comment: Overall submission comment from the inspector for this inspection

Item Description: Description of the line item as entered on the budget in Built
Line Percent: Percentage of the line item as a part of the total budget and the inspection sheet
Total Amount: Total dollar amount that the line item represents as part of the total budget/inspection sheet
Funded to Date: Total dollar amount funded to date for that line item based on draw history. If you have Inspections Standalone, this field will be blank.
Requested Amount: Amount requested in a draw by the borrower if a draw was submitted before the inspection was completed. If you have Inspections Standalone or if no draw was submitted prior to this inspection, this field will be blank.
New Funds Available: New funds available for the line item based on this inspection’s results
Previous Completion: Total percent complete for the line item as of the last inspection prior to the one in the report
Completion Change: Difference between the previous total percentage complete and this inspection’s new percentage complete.
Updated Completion: New total percentage complete for the line item based on this inspection
