View draw details as a Builder or Borrower

Within Built’s Borrower and Builder Portal, Borrowers (and Builders with financial access) can access a project’s details, including draw details for a project.

Note: Builder access to financial information is granted by the lender. If you are unable to view financial information and believe this is an error, contact the lender for additional assistance.

1. Login to Built at id.getbuilt.com. Learn more about logging into Built here.

2. The main page of the Borrower and Builder Portal is the Projects tab. Locate your project, then click View Details under the Actions panel on the right.

   

3. To view draw details, click the Draws tab at the top of the project page, then select View Draw under the Actions panel.

4. To generate a printer-friendly document (PDF) of completed draw details, click the Draw Ticket icon in the Actions panel. The PDF will generage in a new browser tab and can be viewed, downloaded or printed. Learn more about Draw Tickets here.

5. The Draw overview will include the following details:

   1. Project information

   2. Draw Number

   3. Draw Amount

   4. Draw Request Date and Draw Transfer Date (once completed)

   5. Draw Status (Lender Approval, Borrower Approval, Transferred, Rejected)

   6. Budget Items and the associated financial information

   7. Notes and Files associated with individual Budget Items and/or draw request

Note:

The draw process in Built is managed by the Lender on the project. For assistance on a pending draw, reach out to the Lender. Learn more about requesting draws here.
