Depending on your role on a project, Built sends system-generated email notifications when certain conditions are met. If more than one administrator is listed for an account, emails will only trigger to the primary administrator. Email notifications are helpful to ensure all parties are aware of completed actions in Built.
Note:
Do not reply to email notifications from Built because the reply will go to an unmonitored mailbox. Instead, leave a comment for another user in Built or contact them directly.
Below are common email notifications you’ll receive as an inspector:
When a new property is assigned to you
When a one-time inspection is requested
When the next inspection date in a recurring inspection schedule is set
When a scheduled inspection is rescheduled
When a scheduled inspection is cancelled
When a comment on a project or a response comment is shared with you
