Overview
Buyers can now view Vendor Order Assignments on both the unique Order Details page and the Orders Grid for improved visibility into which vendor team member is responsible for each order.
Assignments are optional for Vendors and do not impact their ability to accept, fulfill, or submit an order for review.

Buyer Visibility (Read-Only Views)
Buyers have full visibility into Vendor Order Assignments across both the unique Order page and the Orders Grid. All displays are informational and read-only. Buyers cannot edit, assign, or un-assign vendor users.
Order Details Page
On the unique Order Details page, the assigned vendor user is displayed within the Vendor section.
The assigned user appears below the vendor organization name and contact information.
Display includes a user icon and the assigned user’s full name.
If no user is assigned, the assignee line is hidden.
The display updates automatically in real time when the vendor makes an assignment change.
Buyer Orders Grid
The Vendor column now provides additional assignment details for easier visibility across all orders.
First line: Vendor organization name
Second line: User icon and assigned vendor user’s full name
If no user is assigned, the second line is hidden.
Additional features:
A new Vendor Assignee filter is available, working the same as the existing Vendor filter to search by assigned user.
The column supports visibility toggling, search, and saved views, consistent with other columns in the Orders Grid.
