Adding A Sub-Tier Trade Partner Pay App & Lien Waiver

  1. If required, you can view existing and add Sub-Tier Trade Partner Lien Waivers by finding the Project you wish to work with, then click View.

  2. Next, click Receivables.

  3. To view the receivable you’d like to work with, click Edit or View.

  4. Next, click Payables.

  5. Here, you can add any Payables for this billing period.

  6. To add a payable, click Add Payables and then click Add New Payable.

  7. Then choose between the two options:

    1. Generate from a File: You can select Generate from a File to use AI document extraction to automatically generate this payable.

      1. Click Generate from a File and drag and drop the file or click browse your files to upload the file.

      2. Click “Next”

      3. Add in the following items:

        1. Vendor

        2. Invoice Number

        3. Invoice Date

        4. Commitment (if applicable)

        5. Toggle on Final Invoice (if applicable)

        6. Line Items such as Budget Code, Description, Billing this period (if applicable). Add additional line items by selecting “+ Add Item”

      4. Add Lower-Tier vendor by clicking “+ Add Lower-Tier” (if applicable)

      5. Click “Save”

      6. The payable will now be listed on the payables tab.

    2. Add Manually:

      1. Select Add Manually. Select the Trade Partner. Choose a commitment (if applicable).

      2. Click “Next”

      3. Update the Invoice tab by inputting the following (if applicable):

        1. Work this Period

        2. Stored Materials

        3. Percent Complete

        4. Cumulative Retainage

      4. You can update the billing period or mark the invoice as final, by clicking the gear towards the top right of the screen (if applicable).

      5. Click “Finalize Invoice”

      6. Additional Documents can be added on the documents tab. Click on documents tab and drag and drop the file or click browse your files to upload the file.

      7. The invoice document and waivers can be added within the Requirements tab.

      8. Click on the Requirements tab to get started. If a document has already been uploaded and is available for download, select the requirement and click the Download button (if applicable). To upload documents, drag and drop the file into the appropriate section or click Browse files to select it from your computer.

      9. Click “Done” to save.

      10. The payable will now be listed on the payables tab.
