If required, you can view existing and add Lower-Tier Lien Waivers by finding the Project you wish to work with, then click View.
Next, click Pay Applications. To view the payable you’d like to work with, click View.
Next, click Lower-Tier Requirements. Here you can view a list of Lower-Tier Vendors associated with the Billing Period for this Commitment. You can see the following details for each lower tier requirement:
Vendor Name
Requirement
Amount Due
Amount Paid
Status
To upload a document for a requirement, click the More Options button and select Upload Signed.
To download a document for a requirement, click More Options button and select Download Prefilled.
