Subcontractors - Add Sub-Tier Trade Partner Commitments

To add a Trade Partner Commitment, follow these steps.

  1. Navigate to a specific Project.

  2. In the left navigation pane, click the Commitments tab. Commitments represent your contracts with your sub-tier Trade Partners.

  3. Click + New Commitment.

  4. You can create this commitment via AI by uploading a bid, contract, or invoice. Otherwise, fill in the required fields on the Commitment Details step:

    • Contract Type

    • Vendor

    • Contract Total

    • Contract ID

  5. Click Next. Populate the Schedule of Values for this sub-tier Trade Partner.

  6. Click Next. Verify any compliance requirements that you want to impose on this sub-tier Trade Partner in Built, then click Create Commitment.

  7. Lastly, click Approve on the Schedule of Values.
