### FAQ

#### What's the difference between the deal's Documents tab and the Documentation step of a draw request?

The deal's **Documents** tab is for managing all documents related to the deal, regardless of which draw they belong to. The **Documentation** step of a draw request is where you upload and assign documents specifically for that draw's Required Documentation and Additional Requirements. See **Step 2: Documentation** in [Requesting a draw](/construction/docs/creating-a-draw-sponsored-borrower).

#### Can I download all documents in a deal at once?

Yes — click the checkbox in the header row to select all documents, then click **Actions** > **Download**.

#### Will deleting a document on the Documents tab affect a draw it's assigned to?

Yes — if a document has been assigned to a Required Documentation item on a draw, removing it from the Documents tab will also remove it from that draw's documentation. The associated requirement will return to **Missing** status.
