# Editing a user

**To edit a user, perform the following steps.**

1. At the top-right of the page, click **Settings**.
2. On the left navigation menu, in **Administration**, click **User Management**.
3. On the **User Management** page, in the **Users** tab, click the pencil icon to **Edit** the user that you want to update.
4. On the **Edit User** dialog box, update the required details.
5. Click **Save**.
  1. A message is displayed indicating that the user information is updated successfully.
